| You can refer to the sample submittal guideline but a good rule is to send at minimum 50g per Pathogen (Salmonella, Listeria, E. Coli O57) and an additional 50g if Quantitative analysis is requested. For Environmental sponges samples one sponge per pathogen is required and one sponge for all quantitative testing. |
