For lead in air via NIOSH 7082 what volume is required to get to <30 micrograms per cubic meter, the current action level?

The current FLAA RL is 4 micrograms per cubic meter based upon a 1000 L air volume.  The RL goes up proportionately as the volume goes down.  An RL of 30 micrograms per cubic meter could be achieved with an air volume of 134 L.  Lower RLs are available using ICP-OES or ICP-MS if volume is an issue.
